Flow Into Balance: Discover Octoba Yoga at StolenTime Saint Lucia

Flow Into Balance: Discover Octoba Yoga at StolenTime Saint Lucia

October 4–31, 2026

What if your next Caribbean escape gave you more than time away? What if it gave you time to slow down, move with intention and reconnect with yourself?

This October, StolenTime invites you to do just that with Octoba Yoga — a month dedicated to movement, mindfulness and finding your own sense of balance.

Set against the warmth and natural beauty of Saint Lucia, Octoba Yoga brings an enhanced programme of yoga and wellbeing experiences to the relaxed rhythm of life at StolenTime. Whether yoga is already part of your everyday routine or you are simply curious to try something new, the experience is designed to meet you where you are.

Yoga, Your Way

There is no single way to experience wellness at StolenTime, and Octoba Yoga is no different.

Throughout the month, guests can choose from daily yoga practices, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Shanthi and Katti yoga, with sessions suited to different abilities and goals. Expert-led workshops explore mindfulness, stress management and personal growth, while intention-setting ceremonies offer an opportunity to begin the day with greater awareness and purpose.

Prefer something slower? Weekly Tai Chi and meditation sessions, including experiences by the beach, bring movement, breath and the sounds of the Caribbean Sea together.

Join as much or as little as feels right. After all, this is your time.

Meet Our Octoba Yoga Guest Presenters

From October 5–16, husband-and-wife healing team Cheserae Scala and Dr. Eric Baumgartner bring an integrated approach to wellbeing that draws upon Eastern traditions and modern Western practices.

Cheserae's teaching incorporates influences from Kundalini and Yin yoga, with an emphasis on supporting the nervous system through accessible movement. Dr. Eric's background spans acupuncture, herbalism, Eastern medicine and integrative Functional Medicine. Together, their work explores a holistic connection between physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

From October 19–30, Lisa Thomasson joins StolenTime with more than 20 years of experience across movement, health and wellness. Her approach combines her knowledge of body mechanics with an understanding of the connection between physical and emotional wellbeing.

Expect classes that are playful and appropriately challenging, including Vinyasa and Inside Flow, where yoga, movement, breath and music come together in one flowing practice.

Beyond the Mat

Octoba Yoga isn't only about what happens during a class.

Mindful menus and specially curated Living West Indies teas complement the month's programme, while guests can also explore selected therapeutic experiences, including deep-tissue massage, Ayurvedic therapies and sound baths, available at special pricing during the month.

And there is still plenty of time simply to enjoy StolenTime.

Swim in the Caribbean Sea. Find a quiet place beneath the palms. Try something new. Share a relaxed evening over dinner and drinks. Or simply do nothing for a while.

Because wellbeing doesn't have to follow a rigid programme. Sometimes, it begins by giving yourself the time and freedom to choose what you need.

Make October Your Time

Whether you come to deepen your practice, rediscover your balance or simply experience a different kind of Caribbean escape, Octoba Yoga offers an opportunity to step away from the everyday and make a little more time for yourself.
