Taking personalisation and mindfulness a little further, the team at StolenTime has introduced dedicated months which focus on meaningful activities for solos, partners and groups. Six out of twelve months in a year, professionals, teachers and Olympians are brought in to spare head unique themed months centred around wellness lifestyles and activities.
Spring Sail
This themed month not only promises great fun but is proven to reduce stress, improve concentration and maintain mental well-being. As a guest experiences the relaxing sounds of flowing water or waves slapping the sides of the boat which is similar to white noise machines, a stimulation called Serotonin also known as the “happy hormones” are created.
Jive June
Evenings are also expected to heat up at the resort's main Restaurant - Terrace as guests are encouraged to get into a party spirit with Latin Nights, Caribbean Nights, and other groupings designed by the dancing with the stars presenters.
