Six out of twelve months in a year, professionals, teachers and Olympians are brought in to spare head unique themed months centred around wellness lifestyles and activities.

It would be a misdeed to travel to the seaside escape of Stolentime in St. Lucia and not delve into its adventurous waters. The luxury oceanfront resort offers guests the chance to learn from the world’s best sailors in the luxury of an award-winning all-inclusive wellness resort. From introductory lessons for first-timers to competitive regattas for more experienced sailors, there is something for everyone. Aside from sailing, guests would also be encouraged to test out one of the many X-treme sports yachts, watersports, boat snorkelling and scuba diving offered by the resort.

This themed month not only promises great fun but is proven to reduce stress, improve concentration and maintain mental well-being. As a guest experiences the relaxing sounds of flowing water or waves slapping the sides of the boat which is similar to white noise machines, a stimulation called Serotonin also known as the “happy hormones” are created.

June is an anticipated, jam-packed season of new dance styles. The all-inclusive holiday also includes a dedicated menu of yogic foods and teas served at restaurants throughout the resort. Last but not least an array of special massage and therapeutic treatments at the Spa in the Water Garden. In a nutshell, guests can expect to be massaged, scrubbed, stretched, relaxed, and rejuvenated and make the most of the yoga lifestyle.

Pre-Xmas Restorative Break
